So much to like about this hotel, its difficult to start! But maybe the obvious is the staff. Extremely helpful, polite, and always a smile and greeting from reception as you pass. And that is all staff. From excellent housekeeping, concierge to entrance door staff who always hold door open for you. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, especially for a central city center hotel. We loved Boston and this hotel, we would really like to return soon. Location is excellent right by Fenway Park which you can sit on the 2nd floor terrace and view, or take in a game which we did. Kenmore T station underneath hotel which we used every day to visit all the sights and take in 2 concerts around Boston. Some really nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and Fine art museum about 20 min walk away. Still and sparkling water available 24 hrs in reception with souvenir water bottle for each guest. Really nice complementary coffee and tea in the morning. I could go on and on. Well done to all who make this such a memorable hotel.

Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. All staff acknowledged you wherever you were in the hotel. The room was large, spotless, comfortable. The location was terrific. Right across from Beacon Street. A short walk to Fenway Park. Short walks to Northeastern and Boston University. My grandson lost one of his AirPods. We called the front desk while on the highway driving home. The front desk worked with housekeeping and found it in the sheets. They called and let us know and it was mailed out to us. Just an example of how they care for their customers. Definitely stay here. You will not be disappointed. We also ordered room service. The food was delicious. We had salmon and filet mignon.

We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and living room/office which was fantastic in terms of space and convenience. The room and bathroom were spotless. Valet parking if you are driving in from away is a plus, and there is a T stop right out the front door that makes moving around the city simple. Good restaurants within a minute walk. The Red Sox organization was also there welcoming families and affiliates for opening day which made arrival fun despite my being there for surgery. I wanted to stay close to my doctors in Boston post surgery and this was a wonderful place to recover for a week.

We were in town for a concert at the Music Hall at Fenway and this hotel was just a short walk to Fenway. Valet parking was a breeze. Every staff member at this hotel was welcoming and provided excellent service. Had some great sushi and cocktails in attached restaurant. While the lobby was lively with a pop up bar, the room was quiet and soundproof which made for a perfect night’s sleep in the incredibly comfortable bed. Ordered room service for breakfast in bed. It arrived quickly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Loved that checkout wasn’t until noon. Would definitely stay again!

We were upgraded to a suite from a 2 queen bed room, and they provided another bed - the room was a good size and v comfortable - beds good. Location is relatively easy to get most places from including MFA and Isabella Gardner Museum, plus central eating and shopping, a 20 min walk to Boston Common and further 5 to Beacon Hill. The front desk and concierge staff were almost all unerringly welcoming, polite and helpful, as were the door staff and porters. Refillable, water flasks, coffee on tap and decent quality treats on offer a lovely touch and much appreciated!
